A road in rural Eaton County is closed until further notice and for a good reason.
A sinkhole over 10 feet wide and nearly 10 feet deep is what has North Cochran Road shutdown.
The sinkhole can be found north of where North Cochran Road intersects with Needmore Highway southwest of Grand Ledge.
The area is expected to be closed for weeks for repairs.
