ARE, Inc. Ribbon Cutting

LANSING, Mich. — The Jackson County Chamber of Commerce would like to congratulate ARE, Inc. on their Ribbon Cutting on Wednesday, September 25. The event took place at 334 W Franklin St Jackson, MI 49201.

The ribbon cutting ceremony featured remarks from LifeWays Community Mental Health CEO Maribeth Leonard and Public Information Officer for the City of Jackson Aaron Dimick on behalf of the Mayor Derek Dobies. Attendees were able to tour the new offices of ARE.

“We are so grateful to our members and community partners. The wonderful turnout was a testament to the overwhelming support of recovery in Jackson. We definitely felt the love!" said Ann Monroe, CEO of ARE, Inc.

ARE (Activities Recovery Empowerment) is a member-owned and operated non-profit organization serving people with mental health diagnoses through various peer support services.
