The Meridan Senior Center is hosting an opioid epidemic discussion that dives into the crisis and Ingham County's efforts to address it.
Ingham County Health Department Health Officer Linda Vail will be leading the discussion called "Opioid Epidemic: The Perfect Storm."
The discussion will also include the work in Ingham County to address the crisis, along with presenting local data that informs action, interventions, and prevention strategies.
The discussion is being held at the Chippewa Middle School Auditorium located at 4000 Okemos Road in Okemos starting at 4 p.m. Tuesday.
