Silver Bells Village
5:00-9:00 pm

The Silver Bells Village is the perfect place to start your holiday shopping, get some refreshments and purchase your Silver Bells commemorative ornament. The Village is located on the 100 E. Block of Allegan Street between South Washington Square and Grand Avenue. 

22nd Annual Electric Light Parade
Steps off at 6:00 pm

Corner at Lenawee and S. Washington Sq. 

Bring the whole family to enjoy the Electric Light Parade. More than 70 units all decked out with thousands of lights, local High School Marching Bands, horse drawn carriages, the arrival of Santa and more! The parade is brought to you by IBEW Local #665 and NECA.

Lighting Of The Official State Christmas Tree

The tree lighting takes place in front of the State Capitol.

Billboard chart topping Saxophonist Phil Denny and vocalist Meagan McNeal, from Season 13 of NBC’s “The Voice,” will lead the crowd in holiday favorites for the Community Sing.

The Silver Bells in the City Electric Light Parade is going to be broadcast LIVE on FOX 47 and local Comcast Channel 12 from 6-8 p.m.

Opening of BWL Toy Mill

12 p.m.

Bring a new unwrapped toy for Toys for Tots and join us for the opening of the BWL Toy Mill at Ottawa and N. Washington Square. The Toy Mill is open for toy donations from 5-9 p.m. the night of Silver Bells.
