LANSING, Mich. — Michigan's House Oversight Committee heard testimony Thursday morning on a bill package extending the grace period on vehicle registration late fees until Sept. 30, 2021 while requiring Secretary of State offices to provide walk-in services.
The committee also voted on legislation requiring state licensing boards and rulemaking committees to be recorded in a fashion that allows for digital audio recording.
