Democratic presidential candidates are converging on Michigan this weekend and early next week ahead of the presidential primary on Tuesday.
Sen. Bernie Sanders had already scheduled rallies in Detroit on Friday and Grand Rapids on Sunday. He also added a stop Saturday in Dearborn and on Sunday evening in Ann Arbor.
Rep. Rashida Tlaib, Detroit City Council President Pro Temp Mary Sheffield and Dr. Cornel West will join Sanders on Friday at the TCF Center.
On top of that, former VP Joe Biden will be in Detroit for a "Get Out the Vote" rally on Monday, and former presidential candidate Sen. Amy Klobuchar will be in town rallying for Biden this weekend.
