LANSING, Mich. — The Sparrow Michigan Athletic Club has found a way to offer some fun exercise during this stay-at-home era and assist in our response to Coronavirus at the same time.
The MAC is holding an online Zumba class from 7-8 p.m. Friday, May 1, led by MAC Zumba instructors. The registration fee is a donation of any amount and will go toward the Sparrow Challenge Response Fund, which aids in costs associated with the pandemic response.
The best part? You can exercise from the comfort of your own home and simply follow the routine on Zoom via your iPad, home computer, or other device. The class is limited to 90 and is open to everyone, whether you’re a MAC member or not.
