LANSING, Mich. — There are 108,595 confirmed cases of COVID-19 in Michigan and 6,552 deaths.
That's up 783 cases and 13 deaths from the day before.
There are also another 11,268 Probable cases and 335 Probably deaths.
As of Sept. 4, 80,678 have recovered from the virus.
On Tuesday, thousands of families across Michigan officially started the school year on Tuesday. Students will either return to in-person learning or virtual learning, depending on their school district or their parents' choices.
