LANSING, Mich. — There are now 113,183 confirmed cases of COVID-19 and 6,612 total deaths in Michigan, the state reported Tuesday.
That's an increase of 571 cases and 11 deaths since Monday. However, 5 of the new deaths reported were discovered through a review of vital records.
Starting Monday, information about COVID-19 outbreaks in schools will be posted to the state's website.
The school information that will be reported includes K-12, college and university school name, address, number of cases, and if the cases involved staff, students, or both. View the information here.
