LANSING, Mich. — Sarah Soper is this week's Excellence in Education winner.
Bob - “Congratulations, Sarah. We have a video from your nominator, take a look”
Abby Tanner – “I cant think of anyone more deserving of this award than you.”
Sarah – “I mean, I could say the exact thing about her. I’ve always been someone who tries to go above and beyond I think and always kind of been a perfectionist, but when you add kids into the mix and you know that you can help them more by just doing that little bit more it just makes all the difference in the world.”
Sarah Soper receives a $1,500 check from the Michigan Lottery and her class at Northwest High School receives a $500 Grant. Excellence in Education award sponsored by the Michigan Lottery, providing more than 23 billion dollars to public education since 1972.
