OWOSSO, Mich. — The Michigan State Police Bomb Squad was called out to investigate a suspicious package Sunday morning in Owosso.
The package was found on the 1100 block of North Shiawassee Street.
Owosso Police say there were wires sticking out of the package and there was a liquid inside.
The bomb squad found no explosive materials in the package.
Police say they have some leads and are still investigating who put it there.
