Losing weight could help lower the risk of breast cancer in older women.
That's according to a new 11-year study of over 60-thousand healthy women.
It showed women who lost at least 5-percent of their body weight were 12-percent less likely to develop breast cancer than those whose weight stayed the same.
And while weight gain was not linked to most breast cancers it did increase the risk of triple negative breast cancer by 54-percent.
