Christmas Eve at Home with 2|42 Community Church

LANSING, Mich. — On Christmas Eve, we normally ask our attenders to invite all their family, friends, and neighbors, and we pack thousands in our auditoriums,” said 2|42 Interim Lead Pastor Steve Larson. “This year, that’s just not possible.

Instead, 2|42 decided to wrap up their Christmas Eve service as a special candlelight experience that can be enjoyed from home, and everyone is invited. There will be 10 online service times spanning the hours of 10 am to 11 pm.

“We don’t want anyone to miss out,” Larson said. “This year hasn’t been easy, but we can still celebrate the birth of Jesus. Just put the 2|42 service on your TV, grab some candles, shut off the lights, and celebrate Christmas with us!”

The Christmas Eve services will be broadcast on 242community.com/live and on YouTube and Facebook at 10 am, 11 am, 1 pm, 2 pm, 3 pm, 4 pm, 5 pm, 9 pm, 10 pm, 11 pm. Visit 242community.com/christmas for more information.
