United States Congressman Tim Walberg (MI07) will be touring the Career Quest Learning Centers campus in Jackson to learn more about its innovative approach to education and how it prepares students for real-world careers. Walberg sits on the Committee on Education and the Workforce, which has a goal to “advance bold reforms that foster the best opportunities for students to learn, workers to succeed, and employers to grow their businesses.”
“We’re very excited to have the Congressman visit our campus,” said Campus President Elizabeth Kirchmeier. We’re planning an interactive tour with students, faculty alumni and local employers who work with us. We look forward to speaking with him on his initiatives in career education.”
