JACKSON, Mich. — CP Federal Credit Union, a Jackson based credit union serving 57,000 members with 9 branches in Jackson, Mason, Parma, Brooklyn, and Grass Lake, announces plans for its 10th location in Vandercook Lake. CP Federal confirmed that their new branch, slated to open in the 1st quarter of 2021, will be located at 1301 Old McDevitt Avenue. The new development is being managed by Gerry Lobdell and Mike Perry, the owners of the Spring Arbor Biggby Coffee location and the Credit Union will occupy the suite next to a new Biggby Coffee storefront and drive-thru.
The 1,200 square foot full service CPFCU branch will host lobby and membership services, a convenient drive-thru plus a 24 hour ATM. Chrissy Siders, President/CEO, stated “This branch provides us the opportunity to implement new technology and add to our CP Team while expanding the people and places we serve. For the past several years, we have received a stream of requests for a location in this area and are extremely excited at this opportunity to fulfill that ask and neighbor with a community-focused local business like Biggby”.
Biggby Coffee owners, Gerry Lobdell and Mike Perry stated, “We are thrilled to announce the opening of our second Biggby Coffee location that will be conveniently located right off the highway in Vandercook Lake. We are even more excited to announce that we will be serving the surrounding community within the same building as our new neighbor, CP Federal Credit Union. We think this is a great opportunity for us to expand our reach to our "Biggby Fanatics" in Jackson County. We are so thankful to have the opportunity to do this alongside a community driven staple that is CP Federal Credit Union!”
