First responders see sadness that many of us will never see in our lifetime.
They may see a child lose his home and all of his belongings because of a fire, or worse.
That's where teddy bears come in. First responders will try to make an event like that easier on a boy or girl by handing them a new bear to love.
Right now at Shaheen Chevrolet, you can donate a teddy bear for their First Responders campaign.
It will kick off on August 13 at the Shaheen on American Road in Lansing.
Teddy bears, as well as other stuffed animals, can be dropped off for two months at
