A hearing is scheduled Wednesday morning in the case of a former Michigan State University football player accused of sexual assault.
Auston Robertson is charged with two counts of third-degree criminal sexual conduct. He's accused of raping a woman in Meridian Township in April 2017.
Robertson has been in the Ingham County jail since last month.
He had been in Kansas where he was arrested last spring on armed robbery and drug charges.
Robertson's hearing is scheduled to begin at 10 a.m. in Ingham County Circuit Court.
