IISD cuts ribbon on a new Criminal Justice Training House

MASON, Mich. — Ingham Intermediate School District (IISD) cut the ribbon on its Criminal Justice Training House on Thursday.

The facility was recently completed for the Criminal Justice program at the Wilson Talent Center.

This training house will be used by IISD high school criminal justice students as well as local police agencies for scenario training.

Both Lansing Police Department Chief Mike Yankowski and Ingham County Sheriff Scott Wriggelsworth participated in Thursday's event.

Also Thursday, the Wilson Talent Center will hosted its Year-End Student Showcase.

This event showcases the skills learned and projects created throughout the year by students attending the career and technical education programs at the center.
