TAMPA, FL — The Jackson High School marching band returns to Michigan a grand champion.
The Viking band is back from Florida after taking home the first place prize in the Bright-Spark National Festival at the Outback Bowl in Tampa.
Jackson band wins first place in Florida
The band performed for tens of thousands of fans at halftime of the bowl game.
Students also went to Busch Gardens and Universal Studios in Orlando during the trip.
