JACKSON COUNTY, Mich. — A Jackson County man who admitted to killing a teenager nearly two years ago is scheduled to be sentenced Thursday morning.
23-year old Hassan Moore pleaded guilty to second degree murder and felony firearms charges in the death of 18-year old Morris McBride.
McBride was shot and killed outside the Reed Manor Apartments in July 2017.
Moore faces up to life in prison.
He's scheduled to be sentenced at 9:00 a.m.
