The inmate who tried to stab an Ingham County Prosecutor during a court hearing last year was back in court Wednesday.
A judge granted a motion to dismiss the terrorism charge against Joshua Harding.
The attack happened last August as Harding was about to be sentenced on sexual assault charges for an incident in Meridian Township.
Other charges related to the courtroom attack, including Assault with Intent to Murder, will stand.
