A 40-year-old Albion man is expected to face charges after Calhoun County investigators located 4 handguns and illegal drugs in his residence.
The Calhoun County Sheriff’s Department Special Response Team served a search warrant in 1000 Block of Hall Street in Albion.
During the search, investigators recovered 4 handguns of varying calibers, with shell casings also located on the property.
What is suspected to be methamphetamine, cocaine and prescription pills was also located at the residence.
Deputies utilized a K-9 Unit during the search of the residence, as the K-9 officer located a Mac-10 style handgun hidden in a child’s piano.
This situation continues to be investigated.
