Lansing City Clerk Chris Swope says no polling places are affected by an outage that has knocked out power to hundreds of Lansing Board of Water and Light customers.
The BWL outage map shows 727 outages through Downtown and North Lansing. The estimated restoration time is 2:30-3:00 p.m.
Swope says even if a polling place lost power, the tabulators and computers have battery backups.
