LANSING, Mich. — Lansing radio station Power 96.5 will be giving away backpacks to Lansing students.
The giveaway is a part of the partnership between Power 96.5 and Communities in Schools of Lansing.
This is happening Aug. 15, from 4 p.m. to 6 p.m. at the Lansing Gier Community Center at 2400 Hall Rd.
Backpacks and school supplies will be given away on a first come, first serve basis.
There will also be carnival food, live music, and bounce houses.
