FOX 47 has an update on some local schools we've been tracking in a Global Robotics Competition hosted right in mid-Michigan.
Holt High School competitors told FOX 47's Lora Painter that they came really close to winning, but ended up in the finals on the second place alliance.
Waverly High School won a safety award for going out of their way to make sure they and others were safe.
The team also won the Rookie Inspiration award for having a strong program with very knowledgeable students.
