The man who admitted to making a social media threat at Lansing Community College last fall is scheduled to be sentenced Wednesday.
Damian Walker pleaded guiltyto a charge of making a false threat of terrorism last month.
He told the court the threat he made against LCC last November was a joke and he never had any intentions of carrying out the threat.
Walker originally faced up to two decades in prison on the terrorism charge. Under a sentencing agreement, he now faces up to 18-months in prison.
Ingham Circuit Court Judge Joyce Draganchuk will hand down Walker's sentence at 8:30 a.m. Wednesday.
