LANSING, Mich. — Michigan State University students will flock off campus for Meijer's annual Back-to-College event.
The even is 8:30 p.m. to 12 a.m. Monday night at the Okemos Meijer on Grand River, Okemos.
The late-night event is a freshman tradition and is estimated to draw 3,000 students.
A DJ, photo booth, games and contests, food samples, coupons and giveaways will all be available at the event.
Meijer aims to help students make a smooth transition into college life by offering all the dorm and classroom essentials to set students up for success this school year.
