A suspended western Michigan fire chief has admitted to consuming and creating child pornography.
Matthew Gillies was arraigned on criminal sexual conduct charges Tuesday.
MSP says Gillies posted the images and videos online. They were able to trace the IP address back to Gillies' home and the Allegan Fire Station.
Investigators say Gillies had created multiple accounts to upload them and that some of the videos appear to have been taken at the fire station.
Gillies is currently out on bail. His lawyer says he plans to fight the charges.
