LANSING, Mich. — There are 395,036 total confirmed cases of COVID-19 and 9,854 deaths in Michigan, the state reported Saturday.
That's up 6,004 cases and 193 deaths from the day before.
The number of cases have gone down in the past week, the state said during a press conference Thursday, but does expect hospitalizations to increase in the coming weeks due to the holidays.
As of Dec. 4, a cumulative total of 197,750 people have recovered from the virus in Michigan, according to the state.
