Michigan State releases final report on its Title IX review

Posted

Michigan State University has released the final report of its Title IX review. MSU hired the firm Husch Blackwell to look at its policies and procedures last year. The new report includes that work as well as feedback from the community.

Some of the concerns brought up include making sure students know what resources are available and putting more attention on the University's prohibition of retaliation against people who report sexual assault or workplace-related misconduct.

One of the ways MSU plans to address the overall issue of Title IX awareness is to run a major campus climate survey of students, faculty and staff during the 2018-2019 school year. You can click the link in this story to read the full report.
