Gas prices have been creeping up lately, and don't be surprised if that creep turns into a jump starting June 1st.
That's when Michigan's summer gas rules take effect.
Stations from the Detroit area out to Livingston county will be required to sell a cleaner-burning blend of gasoline.
In the past... That's caused prices to go up here in mid-Michigan too.
The switch is required by state law.
