Kimberly Anglin wasn't a student at Michigan State University.
She wasn't even studying to be doctor.
But when she met William Strampel at a resort and he asked her about becoming a clinical skills model, she couldn't say no.
"He was the dean, whatever he said or did, I guess is okay,” she said during Friday's testimony.
Anglin was the second student to testify that Strampel performed a physical exam on her while she was working as a clinical skills model at Michigan State's College of Osteopathic Medicine.
Just like Tuesday’s witness, Anglin says she never took part in an application or onboarding process, she was just called in by Strampel.
"He performed a full body exam from basically head to toe and everything in between."
“Would that have included a breast, pelvic, and rectal exam?" asked Assistant Attorney General Danielle Hagaman-Clark.
"Yes ma'am."
Anglin says she was given around ten exams, but when asked by the defense during cross examination, she said that they were, for the most part, done in a professional setting.
"No more than twice was it only him," she told Strampel's lawyer John Dakmak.
"But it was always with students there?" he asked.
"Yeah, always with students."
During a final exam, however, she recalls being a part of an exam where Strampel was the model.
"It was just me, the dean and another student. And I got to watch this whole body exam on the dean...everything including the private parts."
After each exam, Anglin testified that Strampel would take her out for food and drinks...she's reminded of a specific dinner.
"When we were out to eat, and drinking, he said to me, 'do you notice that I haven't been doing the exams on you myself? That's because when I do the exams on you I get aroused.' he said something along the lines of 'it makes me get hard,'" she said.
Anglin said she doesn't know exactly how much money Strampel paid her... She thinks it could have been as much as two-thousand dollars.
