EAST LANSING, Mich. — You may see some police officers at area Kroger stores on Saturday because of their "foodraiser" - Zero Hunger Emergency Food Drive.

The East Lansing Police will be at the Kroger on 1550 W. Lake Lansing Road in East Lansing from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m.

That store will be a drop-off spot with donations going to the Greater Lansing Food Bank.

They are collecting non-perishable food items for children that are out of school and in need of food this summer.

They want to fill a patrol car with the food.
