Police are investigating reports of sexual assault at Michigan State's Clinical Center.
In a statement, the university is only saying it is an ongoing investigation and that details are limited.
Officials did say police have confirmed the complaints did not involve patients.
The university says it has zero tolerance for sexual misconduct and violence.
