A suspect in a shooting took place over the weekend should be formally charged on Monday.
Police arrested a 29-year-old man from Lansing after a shooting took place on S. Washington Ave. around 1:30 in the morning on Sunday.
A 21-year-old from Grand Rapids was shot and is at the hospital.
The incident is under investigation.
