OLIVET, Mich. — On Friday night, the Eaton County Sheriff's office responded to an armed robbery at a party store in Olivet.
The Double Nickel Party Store on 229 N. Main Street was hit at about 8:50 PM.
The store clerk reported to police that a man entered the store displaying a handgun and demanded money from the cash register.
He left the store with an undisclosed amount of cash and took off on foot.
No on was injured.
The the Eaton County Sheriff’s Office was assisted by the Bellevue Police Department, and the Michigan State Police.
