According to the Ingham County prosecutor's office, a teen has been charged in a shooting that happened last Thursday night.
Authorities say, 19-year-old Xavian Soto of Jackson was charged with Open Murder in the death of Braylon Shepherd.
The charges came Sunday for Soto and he’s also charged with carrying a concealed weapon and felony firearm.
