Two people are facing charges after deputies found a meth lab in an Ionia County field.
Deputies from the Ionia County Sheriff's Office discovered the lab on October 12th in a field near East Main St. and Beardsley Road in the city of Ionia.
48 year old John Brown Sr. and 27 year old Jennifer Bagwell were arrested later that day while driving. The ICSO says multiple drug related items were found in their car.
Brown is charged with operating and maintaining a meth lab and manufacturing methamphetamine. Bagwell is charged with possession of methamphetamine and soliciting another person to obtain pseudoephedrine.
