LANSING, Mich. — A Delta Twp. man charged in the beating deaths of two women in the Lansing area last week will be arraigned in Ingham County Court on Tuesday.
Ingham County detectives were in court on Monday to obtain a warrant for Kiernan Brown, 27.
He's currently being held in Eaton County on unrelated charges of domestic violence, assault, and cruelty to animals.
Kiernan Brown, 27, is charged in the deaths of Kaylee Ann Brock, 26, of Holt and Julie Ann Mooney, 32, of Williamston.
Early Friday morning, Brock was found dead in her apartment and Mooney was found dead at the Knights Inn in Meridian Township.
Police say they have surveillance video from the hotel that shows Brown with Mooney, as well as video showing Brown buying the weapons used in the murders.
Police also say Brown confessed to the crimes.
