15-year old Willie Lee Fletcher of Lansing is facing murder and felony firearms charges in the December 2018 death of Donovan Barfield.
The Lansing State Journal reports Fletcher is being charged as an adult.
Donovan Barfield was found shot to death in an apartment on Bayview Drive on December 14, 2018.
Fletcher is the second person charged in connection to the killing.
Neal Prince is awaiting trial on a murder charge in the case.
