Charges are filed against a volunteer assistant girls basketball coach at Webberville High School.
Kenneth Thomas Tennant, age 47, is accused of raping a teenage girl between the age of 13 and 15. According to court documents, the Perry resident was charged earlier this month with one count of criminal sexual conduct and one count of accosting a child for immoral purposes. The allegations against him go back 10 years.
