Everyone has made adjustment to their lifestyle during the COVID-19 pandemic. While there are plenty of resources for teens and adults to adjust and cope with the "new normal", it might be harder for your little ones.

Dr. Gregory Mallis, psychologist with Pine Rest, shares how parents can help their younger children cope with the sudden changes in their lifestyle.
