Republican gubernatorial candidate Bill Schuette cast his vote at Calvary Baptist Church in Midland Tuesday morning.
His family joined him at the polls.
Schuette said he plans to continue to work hard until all the polls close at 8 p.m. Tuesday night.
"So, we are not stopping, we are not slowing down. We have our foot to the pedal and we're gonna win, we're gonna win tonight and it's gonna be a great victory for Michigan," Schuette said.
