A 5-year-old West Michigan girl who is battling cancer got hundreds of police patches after a Michigan State Police social media post.

In January, MSP Rockford and Hart visited 5-year-old Aubree, who started collecting police patches, to deliver a bag of goodies.

The department also asked law enforcement agencies to send their department patch to the Rockford post, which then collected them.

According to MSP, Trooper Nichols delivered the hundreds of patches, challenge coins, teddy bears, shirts and more to Aubree last week.
