A Michigan hospital is hoping volunteers will come out to cuddle and comfort tiny babies.
Covenant HealthCare in Saginaw needs cuddlers to soothe babies in its Regional Neonatal Intensive Care Unit. Volunteers can sign up for four-hour shifts between midnight and 8 a.m. on a weekly or bi-weekly basis. The hospital says a minimum commitment of 40 hours is required.
Also, helpers must commit to helping out for at least a year.
Those interested in volunteering must fill out an online application , go through a background check and interview process, as well as be trained.
