Railtown Brewing is about to turn six years old, but there won’t be any big celebration. That’s hard to do when you only see your customers when they pick up their orders and leave.

“Prior to the pandemic, we never really did more than five to 10 takeout orders on a weekend,” notes co-founder Justin Buiter. “Right now, it's 100 percent of our business.”

“It's been a challenge. Our staff has been up to the challenge, and I couldn't be more proud of them.”
