Javier Baez reflected on his rocky first season with the Tigers with some honesty as the team began full-squad workouts on Monday.
"It was tough and it was frustrating, but it was something I had to deal. with," he said. Baez said he needed to learn how to get back up after struggling, and admitted he learned from failure.
