A wish is coming true for an 18-year-old Cass Tech High School student.
Terry played football at Cass Tech until he was diagnosed with end stage renal disease and had to undergo a kidney transplant.
That forced him to hang up his cleats, but thanks to Make A Wish Michigan, he's heading to the Super Bowl this weekend! We caught up with him at Detroit Metro Airport on his way out.
"I feel fantastic. The best I've felt since I actually played," he said.
Terry was an offensive and defensive lineman at Cass Tech. He said he's rooting for the San Francisco 49ers in the game.
