The Tigers have shut down second baseman Ian Kinsler due to concussion-like symptoms he is experiencing after being hit in the head by a fastball from Cleveland Indians pitcher Trevor Bauer Sunday.
Kinsler won't be able to play again until he passes a certain concussion protocol.
