Sunny And Warm Through The Weekend

Posted
and last updated

LANSING, Mich. — The second half of the week looks quiet with above average temperatures and plenty of sunshine. Our next chance of rain doesn’t arrive until Tuesday of next week.

Today will feature mostly, if not completely, sunny skies with high temperatures rising into the upper 60s. Normal high temperatures for this time of the year are in the low 50s, so we will be nearly 15 degrees above average today. Skies are expected to remain mostly clear tonight and low temperatures will be mild in the upper 40s to near 50 degrees.

Thursday will bring a few more clouds to the area, but temperatures will remain warm in the mid 60s. Plan for partly sunny skies Thursday afternoon. We’ll return to mostly sunny skies on Friday with highs once again climbing into the mid 60s.

Our weekend looks nice and very warm by early November standards. Sunny skies are expected on Saturday with highs in the upper 60s, and then Sunday will be mostly sunny to partly cloudy with highs close to 70.

We’ll keep this quiet weather pattern going through Monday with highs reaching into the low 70s! Rain then returns to the forecast on Tuesday. It will be cooler Tuesday with highs in the low 60s, followed by more typical November weather the rest of next week.
